Villages on Sonterra I

Located in North Central San Antonio, the Villages on Sonterra I was Huffman Development's first site to be developed in San Antonio. This site includes approximately 15,000 combined square feet in three buildings located on a 1.5-acre parcel on the south side of Sonterra Blvd., just east of Hardy Oak and directly across from the soon to be developed Stone Oak Methodist Hospital.

The shell of each building was constructed with a combination of rock, masonry, and pre-cast stone exteriors and red barrel-tiled roofs. Each condominium was finished out to suit the tastes of the individual condominium owner.
