OFFICE CONDOMINIUMS 

Huffman Developments offers "build to suit" medical and professional office condominium complexes located in four locations in San Antonio.  Our complexes serve as an important niche for small office professionals who wish to own rather than lease office space. The projects are very similar to a custom home development with condominium ownership available to professionals for office spaces ranging in size from 2,500 to 25,000 square feet. The shell for each building is constructed with a combination of rock, masonry, and pre-cast stone exteriors and red barrel-tiled roofs.

DIALYSIS CLINICS

Huffman Developments is actively involved in the development of medical properties, including dialysis clinics.  This niche is attractive due to strong industry fundamentals, a predicted consistent patient growth rate from 7% to 9% worldwide, and a bias toward improved governmental reimbursement. Although these properties are relatively expensive to construct due to intensive plumbing and electrical requirements, they can be a solid investment when secured by a long term lease from a strong tenant. Huffman Developments through its existing lender relationships, can secure both construction and permanent financing for multiple dialysis projects.
